After graduating from the University of Delaware with a degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Finance, Tripp entered into commercial real estate, beginning his career as a commercial real estate appraiser.  Tripp handled the appraisal of long-term care facilities, hospitals, medical office buildings and various other properties. After moving on to become a commercial real estate broker, his responsibilities included tenant and landlord representation and investment property analysis and sales.  Prior to starting DSM Commercial, he served as Senior Consultant to the Herman/Turner Group, as a consultant with Capital Valuation Group and was a partner at Emory Hill Real Estate Services.

In his time before joining the commercial real estate industry, Tripp served on Congressman Mike Castle’s campaign staff and served as a White House intern in Presidential Scheduling. He was also responsible for the Advance Manifest for the President’s trip to Russia, contributed to the First Lady’s daily schedule of events and was a member of the Advance Team for the First Lady’s health care tour of Philadelphia.

In his down time, Tripp enjoys spending time with his family in Bethany Beach, DE, golfing and running or working out. He recently completed his first marathon, in December of 2013. Tripp is married and has two children, Trevor (14) and Madelyn (12).

Robert Wittig

Robert’s interest in Real Estate brokerage and development grew from his family’s 50 years of history in the industry throughout the tri-state area.

After attending the University of Delaware, Robert began his career working with his father and brother, focusing on the acquisition and development of commercial properties. Since 1987 Robert and his partners have developed over or acquired over 1.7 million square feet of commercial space along the east coast consisting of major retailers such as Walgreens, CVS, Food Lion, Happy Harry’s, Wawa, Lowe’s Home Improvement, McDonald’s, WSFS, Wilmington Trust, Bank of America, Starbucks and other national and regional restaurant chains, fast food stores and retailers. DSM has holdings in Delaware, Maryland, Pennsylvania, New Jersey, Vermont, North Carolina and Florida.

Robert is a past board member of Big Brothers Big Sisters of DE, supporter of The Limen House and volunteer for the Leukemia Research Foundation of Delaware. He is also a past board member of the Tobin Foundation and continues to support a number of charitable organizations throughout Delaware and New Jersey. However, his true passion is working with the recovering community.

Robert is a resident of Wilmington, Delaware, and is the proud father of two young adults that live in Delaware as well.

Fred is a resident of Middletown, Delaware, and is an avid muscle car enthusiast and also enjoys fishing along the east coast with all his brothers and friends.

Mike has 30 years of experience in Commercial Construction Management. His expertise includes high rise office, medical, hotels, retail, institutional, schools, and theaters which combined, totals over $500 million dollars.

Mike is experienced in Construction Management, General Contracting, and Design Build project delivery methods.

Brittany Danahy

Brittany Danahy is a commercial real estate professional focusing on the leasing and sale of retail, office, and investment properties throughout the Mid-Atlantic region. Brittany was the Mid-Atlantic real estate manager for Chipotle Mexican Grill (covering MD, DC, VA, NC) before moving to DSM Commercial to lead their Rehoboth Beach office.

Jim Tancredi entered the real estate profession in 1986 as a residential sales associate. In 1987, he migrated into the appraisal side of the business, joining Advisory and Appraisal Company in Wilmington.

Andy began his real estate career in 2003 after graduating from the University of Delaware with a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance. From 2003 to 2008, Andy served as a consultant to various developers, managing the successful acquisition and approval of numerous major subdivisions and commercial development projects.
