Tripp Way, SIOR
After graduating from the University of Delaware with a degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Finance, Tripp entered into real estate. He has fifteen years of experience in commercial real estate including feasibility studies, appraisals, acquisitions, dispositions, leasing, and sales. Responsibilities include tenant and landlord representation, including specializing in office, industrial properties, and investment property analysis and sales.
Prior to joining the commercial real estate industry, Tripp served on Congressman Mike Castle’s campaign staff and served as a White House intern in Presidential Scheduling. He was also responsible for the Advance Manifest for the President’s trip to Russia and contributed to the First Lady’s daily schedule of events. Member of the Advance Team for the First Lady’s health care tour of Philadelphia. Previously, he served as Senior Consultant to the Herman/Turner Group and as a Consultant with Capital Valuation Group.

Tripp has averaged 30 million in transactions per year over the past six years. Robert’s interest in Real Estate brokerage and development grew from his family’s 50 years of history in the industry throughout the tri-state area.
After attending the University of Delaware, Robert began his career working with his father and brother focusing on the acquisition and development of commercial properties. Since 1987 Robert has developed over a million sq. ft. of commercial space along the east coast consisting of major retailers such as Walgreen’s, Food Lion, Happy Harry’s, Wawa, Lowe’s Home Improvement, McDonald’s, WSFS, Wilmington Trust, Bank of America and other national and regional restaurant chains, fast food stores and retailers. DSM has holdings in DE, MD, PA, NJ, VT, NC and FL.
Robert is a board member of Big Brothers Big Sisters of DE, and is also very involved with the Leukemia Research Foundation of Delaware. He is a past board member of the Tobin Foundation and continues to support a number of charitable organizations throughout Delaware and in NJ.
Robert is a resident of Middletown, Delaware, and his children’s’ endeavors keep he and his wife very busy.

Originally from New Jersey, Lin moved to Delaware in 1996 & currently resides in Newark with her husband & two children who she absolutely adores. She’s extremely active in her Community Crime Watch & is also the current Civic Association President & Phase President within her Neighborhood. Lin owns & manages her own residential rental properties & works directly with County & State Officials to help make her Community a safer, more beautiful one. She is also a Certified Fitness Instructor in her very little spare time.
Lin has been with DSM since 2001, and is the backbone of the office. Her professional expertise includes being Office Manager, Account Specialist & Residential Property Manager.
No matter the challenge or undertaking, Lin multi-tasks like no other. She thoroughly loves her profession & considers her employer & the entire staff, family.

Henry Jaffe has been supporting clients with their real estate needs for almost a decade. Henry has proven past expertise in managing, directing and exceeding the business objectives of numerous
fortune 500 companies including ABC Sports, Morgan Stanley, Wells Fargo, Bombardier, Merck and Guardian Life Insurance. He has been engaged in many aspects of the real estate process including
strategic planning, site selection, lease negotiations, financial analysis, project management, sublease dispositions, and national corporate representation.
Having descended from a four generation family-run commercial office and residential high-rise construction company, Henry has a keen understanding of the dynamics of real estate and providing clients with the support needed to make the process enjoyable and rewarding for everyone. His ability to generate creative solutions will assure that the needs of each and every client are met.
Henry and his wife are passionate about living in Delaware and enjoy the lifestyle and active community the coastal areas of Sussex County provide. When not working, Henry enjoys surfing and is
competitive in club tennis and league soccer. Henry received his bachelor’s degree from Kutztown University.
Dave is married to Dawn Dickerson Kenton, retired special education teacher in the Cape Henlopen School district. They reside in a historic home on Lakeview Ave. in Milford.
Dave Kenton is a life-long resident of Delaware graduating in 1964 from MilfordHigh School and in 1965 from the Peddie School in Hightstown,N.J. He was President of his senior class in Milford and in 1972 received a BA degree from the University of Virginia Charlottesville) in Economics.
Dave served a two-year tour in the U.S. Marine Corps from 1969-1971 serving at El Toro Marine Air Station inCalifornia. He was editor of the Sussex County Post (Millsboro) newspaper from 1973-75 and was president of Milford Airpark Flight School and Georgetown Aviation from 1975-1980. He earned an Airline Transport flight rating and Instrument Flight Instructor certificates while accumulating 12,000 flight hours. He was hired in 1980 to sell simulator flight training to major corporations by Flight Safety International, an international corporation specializing in flight simulators. Dave rose to the level of Regional Airline national sales manager before leaving FlightSafety in 1995 to pursue a career in real estate in Rehoboth Beach.
Dave started his real estate career as a residential agent, but quickly moved into commercial and specialty sales with O’Conor, Piper & Flynn and later with Coldwell Banker in Rehoboth. He was sales agent of the year in 2002-2007 in the Rehoboth office and was Coldwell Banker’s top agent for commercial sales in the Mid-Atlantic region for 2005-2006. Dave was a major participant in many large land and business transactions in Kent & Sussex counties in Delaware during the recent real estate expansion from 2002-2007. Dave has worked with his son, Casey, since 2002 and the Kenton team has seen great success. Dave and Casey together have closed in excess of $250 million in total sales volume. Several notable highlights include the sale of the Milford Airpark to Wal-Mart, the sale of a 92 slip marina, the sale of a 140 acre WWII coast artillery fort (FortSalisbury) and the sale of the former landmark site of the Mispillion Lighthouse near Slaughter Beach,DE.
Dave is involved in civic affairs in his hometown of Milford, Delaware serving as President of the Milford Historical Society 1998-2003 and Chairman of the Milford Museumfrom 2006-2010. He published a postcard book history of Milford, DE in 2000. He is an active committeeman for the 36th Representative District in Delaware and supports many local civic activities. His hobbies include flying, aerial photography, historic research and bluegrass music.
Mike has 23 years experience in Commercial Construction Management. His experience includes high rise office, medical, hotels, retail, institutional, schools, and theaters which combined, totals over $400 million dollars.
Mike is experienced in Construction Management, General Contracting, and Design Build project delivery methods.
The services he provides are pre-construction program review, feasibility studies, estimating, scheduling project management and site supervision.Essentially, it is a full service management; from conception through close out and warranty.
Mike is experienced in manageing design teams as well, and can cooridinate those project services, also.
Lisa is married to her high-school sweetheart, with two teenage children. Born in PA, Lisa moved to Delaware upon marriage. She has been active within her children's schools; she's acted as PTA treasurer, a dance committee chair, and team mom for her son’s sports. Lisa loves watching kids play sports and performing their musical talents. She enjoys scrapbooking and creating photostories for family and friends.
Lisa began her career at an accounting firm, then moved to a large insurance company where she cultivated a number of skills such as leadership, accounting, multitasking, and superb computer skills. After her 19.5 year tenure, she then went to work in a senior center before coming to DSM in December 2006. Responsibilities at DSM include property maintenance managing and bookkeeping (among 100s of 1000s of other things)!!
Gordon is a Delaware native and earned a B.S. degree in Business Administration from the University of Delaware. He brings over 15 years of commercial real estate expertise inclusive of appraisal, consulting and commercial lending.
His appraisal, market study and financial feasibility study experience was primarily for mergers and acquisition purposes. This knowledge represents hundreds of properties throughout the country and over $1 billion in transactional assets. Mr. Winegar previously earned a Certified General Real Estate License.
Gordon’s lending experience includes capital placement for conduit lenders, insurance companies, CMBS lenders, as well as, balance sheet lending. Property uses include multi-family, retail, office, hospitality and industrial for conventional, SBA, Fannie Mae, FHA and USDA financing. Gordon has closed over $40 million in transactions.
Gordon’s professional affiliations include Committee of 100 and Commercial Industrial Realty Council (CIRC). He also volunteers as a YMCA and Little League coach and has remained active in his community as a long-time officer of his neighborhood’s Board of Directors.
Most of Gordon’s personal time is devoted to his wife and children. His personal interests include spending time with his family at UD games and the beach.
Christine M. Flynn
Originally from New Jersey, Christine has resided in Delaware for the last 30 years. She has a full and happy blended family consisting of a loving husband and five young adults ranging in age from 15 to 22.
Christine began her career educating young children. She owned and operated a private preschool for seven years, engaging and shaping the minds of 52 children with the support of her 15 staff members. During this period she learned the value of creating a client list through marketing strategies as well as the strength of a company’s positive reputation.
Looking for a directional career path change, Mrs. Flynn became involved in the collections industry for six years, focusing primarily in probate collections. Christine was in a management capacity through the majority of her previous endeavors where she learned the value of teamwork and strong leadership. Mrs. Flynn also became involved in education again, becoming a part of the Training and Development department where she spent three years developing and implementing training materials and honing her project management skills. Working as a liaison to other departments needing further development has given her a knack of anticipating a client’s needs and fostering strong working relationships.
Christine brings her experience and enthusiasm to DSM Commercial through a multitude of tasks and responsibilities. One of her primary positions is that of Marketing Director, creating property brochures, updating property listings through the website, and email advertising blasts. She has found her home away from home at DSM Commercial and will become a permanent fixture of the company, just as Lin and Lisa have!
Ralph earned his Delaware Real Estate Sales License in January of 2011 and has recently affiliated with DSM Commercial with a strong focus on Retail Commercial Real Estate Leasing and Sales. He has a unique understanding of the needs and concerns of Retail Tenants when dealing with real estate issues while trying to focus on the day to day responsibilities of operating their businesses. Ralph is a proven consultant with expertise and deep experience enabling him to provide Retail Tenants with a wide range of real estate services.
Previously, Ralph was a senior executive with Happy Harry's, Inc. for 20 years serving as Vice President of Corporate Development. In this leadership position he was instrumental in the transformation and growth of the company and took an active role in pursuing, planning, developing and implementing other business ventures which would be applicable to the industry. His major responsibilities included all real estate related activities as well as coordinating all store planning, construction and facilities management programs. Under his direction, his department was also directly involved in the marketing of new locations and the Community Relations Projects Happy Harry's, Inc. participated in through their market. Additionally, Mr. Larson served as Corporate Officer for Happy Harry's, Inc.
Mr. Larson has spent 3 years serving on the Planning Commission for Franklin Township, Chester County, PA and is currently a Board Member with Christiana Care Health Initiatives.
His professional affiliations include membership in the International Council of Shopping Centers and he is a former member of The Institute of Store Planners.
Ralph is a resident of Landenberg, PA and in his leisure time enjoys traveling or spending time at the beach and boating with his wife, four children and four grandchildren.
Ben is knowledgeable of the Sussex County zoning code, and is experienced working with consultants and the various governmental agencies to get projects approved and constructed.
Ben Gordy is a native of Sussex County, Delaware. He graduated cum laude from Wesley College in 2006, majoring in Business Administration with concentrations in Management and Marketing. Ben obtained his Delaware real estate license in 2007 and has been involved in residential sales, commercial sales, and commercial leasing.
Ben is also employed as a project manager with Ocean Atlantic Management, a residential, commercial, and mixed-use real estate development company located in Rehoboth Beach. He began his employment at Ocean Atlantic as an intern during his senior year of college, and started full-time after graduation. Ben is involved in the permitting, approvals, construction, and day-to-day operations of the various projects managed by Ocean Atlantic. He is also involved in residential and commercial property management for some of the projects Ocean Atlantic manages.
Born and raised in Wilmington, Andrew has held his Delaware Real Estate License since 1998.
He began his career in the restaurant industry where he has managed and controlled operations at local establishments.
After deciding to obtain a Real Estate License, Andrew specialized in residential properties. In addition to his residential endeavors, Mr. White has over the past three years, acted a Real Estate Consultant as well as an Agent. Within those capacities he has been involved with property management, retails, sales, and acquisitions for a large real estate portfolio which includes a wide range of property types, ranging from commercial to industrial.
When Andrew is not working he enjoys the time spent with his son and daughter. Having excelled in both football and baseball he is a diehard sports fan with a special love for fishing.
Andrew's quick wit, warm personality, and extensive knowledge of the real estate industry all combine to provide his clients with a secure and professional experience.
Jim Tancredi entered the real estate profession in 1986 as a residential sales associate. In 1987, he migrated into the appraisal side of the business, joining Advisory and Appraisal Company in Wilmington.
Although Jim’s focus remained on commercial real estate appraisal and consulting, he moved his practice to Wilmington Trust in 1992, where he worked in the Commercial Banking Department. In all, Jim’s tenure at Wilmington Trust spanned 19 years. For the final 12 years, he worked as the Director of Corporate Real Estate Planning & Development where he managed real estate processes internationally.
Jim, and his team of project managers, were responsible for the completion of domestic projects throughout the states of Delaware and Florida; Baltimore, Maryland; Philadelphia, Pennsylvania; Princeton, New Jersey; New York City, New York; Stamford, Connecticut; Boston, Massachusetts; Burlington, Vermont; Charleston, South Carolina; Atlanta, Georgia; Minneapolis, Minnesota; Las Vegas, Nevada; and Los Angeles, California. These domestic projects ranged from land acquisition through the completion of the entire development process to office fit-out in major metropolitan areas.
Internationally projects under Jim’s guidance included office leasing and fit-out in George Town, Grand Cayman; London, England; Dublin, Ireland; and Frankfurt, Germany.
In 2011, Jim moved his skills into the private sector forming OptimusRE, a real estate development and advisory company providing development, consultation, and brokerage services. In July, 2012, Jim merged his real estate practice with DSM, Commercial, the top real estate brokerage firm in the state, providing services throughout Delaware.
A graduate of Delaware Tech and Eastern University, Jim holds an A.A.S. degree in Engineering and Design, and a B.A. degree in Operational Management, with distinction. Jim has taught real estate finance and appraisal courses at the professional level and for the American Institute of Banking.
In 2004, Jim formed the Tancredi Colon Cancer Prevention Foundation, an organization focusing on heightening awareness surrounding the preventability of colorectal cancer. A member of the Delaware Cancer Consortium since 2005, Jim, and his foundation, remain focused on spreading the message that colorectal cancer is preventable.
