Ralph Larson

Ralph Larson is a commercial real estate professional with extensive experience in the retail sector. He is a Managing Member of AHRS Properties, LLC and has participated in the development, leasing and management of over one million square feet of commercial retail space in Delaware and the surrounding area. Ralph also partners with several real estate developers in ongoing commercial development ventures throughout the region. He earned his Delaware Real Estate Sales License in January, 2011 and affiliated with DSM Commercial Real Estate Services enabling him to have a strong focus on retail real estate leasing and sales. Ralph has provided real estate services to well-known national and regional retail chains as well as small independent retailers. He has a unique understanding of the needs and concerns of retail tenants and landlords alike as he has worked from both sides of the table.

Previously, for 20 years, Ralph was a senior executive with Happy Harry’s, Inc., Delaware’s premier regional drug store chain. In his role as Vice President of Corporate Development, Ralph’s leadership was instrumental in the transformation and growth of the company from 18 locations to 76 locations at the time of Happy Harry’s merger with Walgreens. His major responsibilities included all real estate related activities as well as coordinating all store planning, construction and facilities management programs. Under Ralph’s direction, his department was also directly involved in promoting new locations and the Community Relations projects in which Happy Harry’s participated throughout their market.

Ralph has served on the Planning Commission for Franklin Township, Chester County, PA and is currently a board member with Christiana Care Health Initiatives. He is a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers and a former member of The Institute of Store Planners.

Ralph resides in Landenberg, PA and enjoys spending his leisure time at Fenwick Island, DE on the beach or boating with his four children and seven grandchildren. He and his wife Debbie also enjoy traveling and RVing, and are always looking forward to seeing new sites and meeting new friends on their next adventure.
